Checking Your Order Status
Your order status may vary as follows:
In Progress: We are coordinating with the provider to finalize the details and dates of your service.
Action Required: If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll reach out to you via email or phone with instructions to resolve it. You can also consult with a relocation expert for assistance.Confirmed: The start date and details of your service are accurate. Confirmation typically occurs within 48 hours of placing your order. If a service cannot be confirmed, it may be marked as “canceled.”
