Checking Your Order Status

Your order status may vary as follows:

In Progress: We are coordinating with the provider to finalize the details and dates of your service.

Action Required: If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll reach out to you via email or phone with instructions to resolve it. You can also consult with a relocation expert for assistance.

Confirmed: The start date and details of your service are accurate. Confirmation typically occurs within 48 hours of placing your order. If a service cannot be confirmed, it may be marked as “canceled.”

Modifying or Cancelling an Order

If your order is not confirmed: You can call (877) 211-9544 to speak with a customer service representative about making changes or canceling your order.

If your order is confirmed: You will need to contact your service provider directly to make any changes or cancel your order. Each provider has its own process for handling changes once an order is confirmed.
